Rally The Valley 2023

Race Summary

Cap your weekend with a race on a classic course in the beautiful Willamette Valley.  Starting and finishing just outside of Eugene, Oregon this is a multi-lap loop with a little bit of everything. The race will start at Crow High school with a 3-mile neutral rollout that will get the legs warmed up and everybody ready to go. The fun follows on a 13.5-mile loop with some small rollers, flat sections, and a short hill that feels much steeper than it is as it comes just after a 1-mile section of gravel.

The course awards attacking and is great for a wide variety of racers and race strategies.  After completing the prescribed loops, racers will head back to Crow high school for the finish.  Of course, there is still one more bump to conquer.  Will it be enough to get away and will any escapees get caught before the fast-finishing straightaway?

Event Summary

Come close out your season with two weekends of fun, November 26th & 27th and December 3rd & 4th. Returning for its second year, Hoot n’ Holler is happening at Havenroot Camp, just 2 miles southwest of Veneta, Oregon outside of Eugene. Our favorite tamale truck, Vianney’s will be available for lunch and dinner. Beer and wine available for purchase from the on-site beer gardens.

Bask in the glory of heated and roomy changing facilities, full bathrooms, heated indoor/outdoor showers and an on-site bike wash station. Recount your race with friends around our roaring bonfire. Accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights include tent camping spots, car camping spots, plus a limited number of heated yurts and cabins.

Course Description

In the forested hills outside of Veneta, Oregon, this course has you riding “owl” the single track and elevation change that you could desire. You can expect to have a hoot on gravel roads, muddy ravines, stairs, twisty-turns and a run up that will have you hollerin’. You'll fly over five barriers per lap. Keep your head on a swivel for mushrooms in the forest! Some course features will be modified each day of the series.
